We extend a warm welcome to all to come and join us as we prepare to celebrate Christmas.
On Saturday (14th) we have a free concert featuring some festive jazz (there is a retiring collection). This should last for approximately one hour, and promises to be a real treat.
The Lantern Parade (19th) is an annual highlight. The timing is approximate, as the parade begins in the city centre, before making its way up Steep Hill for a short Nativity performance with the local schoolchildren.
The advice is to come in plenty of time for the Festival of Lessons and Carols (22nd). Last year we couldn’t get everybody in the church!
This year we are offering a Christingle service, suitable for all ages, on Christmas Eve, and we will celebrate together on Christmas Day at 10am. All are welcome at any or all of these events and services.
