This Sunday, we will continue to offer worship services online via Zoom and on our Facebook page, and all are welcome.
We will gather on Zoom from 9.30am for a service that will run for around 30 minutes. This service might be described as informal and friendly in style, and there are often around 40-or-so of us. The service will include prayers, readings and a short reflection. Please do contact us for this week’s log-in information. A copy of this week’s order of service may be viewed and downloaded below:
Later on Sunday morning, at 11am, we will be livestreaming a further service on our Facebook page. We will be using the Prayer During the Day (Contemporary) order of service, which may be found here. This service usually lasts for around 20 minutes, and we have been really pleased to share this service with people in Lincoln and elsewhere, including overseas!
To accompany both online services, we publish a weekly noticesheet, and this may be downloaded by clicking on the following link or downloading the PDF file.
You will see from our noticesheet that work is ongoing with regard to the possibility of opening the church building for times of private prayer. Please check these news pages regularly for further updates.
In addition to the above services, we also livestream Evening Prayer on weekdays on Facebook at 5.15pm. The Facebook page, which also includes further occasional content on prayer and worship, may be found here.
As we have said in previous weeks, we are aware that not everyone has internet access. Perhaps you could help us in sharing the number for the free Church of England Daily Hope telephone line? Finally, for now, we will be offering a fifth ‘Virtual Coffee Morning’ on Wednesday, 1st July 2020 at 11am.
