This year’s Advent Wreath Festival begins this evening (Thursday, 28th November 2019) with a special preview evening and reception for our local businesses and organisations, which provide the wreaths.
Once the festival is in full swing, we will welcome thousands of visitors during the Lincoln Christmas Market (12noon–6pm from Thursday, 5th December to Sunday, 8th December), and also during weekend opening on Saturday, 30th November/Sunday, 1st December and Saturday, 14th/Sunday, 15th December (2–4pm). The church is also open on weekdays from 10.30-11.30am.
As in previous years, during the Christmas Market we will be offering short carol services, plus an opportunity to light candles as we call to mind loved ones and think of them in prayer.
All are welcome, and we look forward to welcoming you and sharing the beauty and prayerful atmosphere of our building and this year’s Advent wreaths.
