The Wig & Mitre on Steep Hill in Lincoln provided the setting for a popular Men’s Breakfast on Saturday, 15th February 2020, as part of the church’s programme for members and friends.
As well as enjoying time together and a wonderful breakfast, our guest speaker was Geoff Stratford (pictured below in the red jumper). Geoff has built an eco-friendly house in our city, and he spoke passionately about the impact of climate change and encouraged a wider conversation and consideration of how individuals and communities can make an effective response.
During the morning, Geoff referred to ‘Zero Carbon Lincoln’ (please see here for more), and his work relating to the recent meeting of General Synod (please see here and here for further information).
