Worship resources – Sunday, 12th July 2020

As always, we offer an open invitation to share in our online services this Sunday.

We will be gathering on Zoom at 9.30am for a service that will last for approximately 30 minutes. To gain a bit of a feel for the service, which will include a short reflection, a copy of the order of service may be downloaded by clicking on the link shown below:

Following our service on Zoom, there is a further opportunity to share in our worship by dropping in on our Facebook page at 11am. We will be using the Prayer During the Day (Contemporary) order of service, which may be found here. This service usually lasts for around 20 minutes, and we have been really pleased to share this service with people in Lincoln and elsewhere, including overseas!

As a further offering this Sunday, we are once again delighted to be able to offer a ‘guest sermon’ courtesy of the Revd Duncan Dormor, CEO of USPG. More details on USPG are available here, and you may view Duncan’s sermon by clicking on the link below.

To accompany our worship each week, we produce a downloadable noticesheet, and this appears below. As you will see, this week’s notices include some important information relating to the re-opening of our church building.

As we have said in previous weeks, we are aware that not everyone has internet access. Perhaps you could help us in sharing the number for the free Church of England Daily Hope telephone line? A poster for this is shown below. We are also pleased to offer support over the telephone. Our contact details may be found here.

We hope that this information is helpful, and thank you for your interest in St Mary’s Church.
